4. NFTs and Blockchain

Digital Certificates of Authenticity (NFTs) are provided as-is. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• NFTs are minted on the Ethereum blockchain
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• You are responsible for your wallet security
• NFT ownership is separate from physical product ownership
• We are not liable for lost or stolen NFTs due to user error

5. Hearts Loyalty Token

Hearts tokens are non-transferable utility tokens with no monetary value. They:

• Are not financial instruments or securities
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Are subject to a 24-hour transfer cooldown
• Can be revoked for violations of these terms
• May be modified or discontinued at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website are the property of Hearts of Chrome. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Returns and Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. NFTs cannot be returned or refunded once claimed. See our full return policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hearts of Chrome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms
